Enshi Se Green

Organic Enshi Jade Dew is a rare steamed green tea from Enshi City in Hubei Province, an area known for its humid mountain climate and long tea-growing history dating back to the Tang Dynasty. It is one of the few Chinese green teas processed using a traditional steaming method, similar in style to Japanese sencha.

The infusion is a pale jade-green liquor with a bold, vegetal aroma and a smooth, complex body. Its flavor is clean and slightly sweet with subtle floral undertones, offering a refreshing and structured green tea experience. This tea is also naturally rich in selenium, an important trace mineral.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 180°F
• Steep for 2–3 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
