Pine Needle Green

Organic Pine Needle Green Tea is grown in Mengku County in Lincang, Yunnan Province, using a local hybrid varietal derived from Assamica and Ye Bai Hao. The leaves are carefully wok-fried, briefly withered, and hand-finished, then pressed into slender needle-like shapes known locally as “Song Zhen” (Pine Needles).

The infusion is a bright green-yellow liquor with a smooth, full mouthfeel and a naturally thick, lubricating texture. Its flavor is delicate yet complex, with subtle notes of raw chestnut and umami that reflect its careful traditional processing.

Steeping Instructions:

• 8 oz water
• 1 teaspoon
• 180°F
• Steep for 2–3 minutes
• Re-infuse for additional cups
